Did this make the national news without CCTV clips then? the CCTV clip I saw was shown on London News and are you inferring sex pests can only be foreign

I do know what Kirk means. They tend no to give the skin colour of offenders a lot of the time and it's ridiculous. They'll say what clothes they were wearing, what car they were driving but not what skin colour they were. Surely it'd be a help if they did.

That's not actually what Kirk said though tbf Livia, what he said was that he knew that the person would turn out to be foreign (or not white English) that's how it read to me anyway.

Obviously a proper physical description, including skin colour when looking for the perpetrator of a crime makes sense
