Got this on Wednesday have no clue what I'm doing half the time, it's slaying me though, no idea where to start in terms of the best perks to get, there's so many of them

This game there's unlimited levels I think.

You actually do have the option of boosting any of your SPECIAL stats too on the perk chart so do you either boost a stat or a perk? Decisions, Decisions, Decisions.
