No. You're blaming the victim of a crime here. The person leaked a private video without permission here, and should be arrested. By making comments like this you're almost removing guilt from them and placing it to Charlie who did not want the videos to go public.

It takes 2 people to make a sex tape maybe the other wanted the world to see it? It always gets leaked in the end.

Also Sheen deserves the bad press sleeping around knowing he had all sorts of diseases yet didn't tell the other person

What crime?. I'm certain no one will be arrested.

It all depends on who owns the video. If Sheens doesnt own the rights to the vid then he doesnt have a leg to stand on. The vid can be shown at the owners discretion and if Sheen doesn't want it to be seen then he has to come to some sort of arrangement with the owner. WHich it looks like he has done. There is no crime here.

It takes two people for a murder to take place as well, perhaps we should blame people killed by terrorist attacks for being in busy places too? Do you see how idiotic this logic is? The guilt for this crime is ENTIRELY on the person who leaked it.

I thought the permission needed to be granted at the point of filming not at the point of distribution. If Sheen agreed to be filmed then no crime has been committed.

The video was clearly supposed to have been kept private, hence the bribes to do so, and a law has clearly been broken here. If they agreed to film themselves having sex but keep it only for the two of them, then that's what they stick to. Simple as that.

He went to court and paid to have them not leaked, granted he is responsible for the videos being made in the first place, but whoever has leaked them have broken the law and should be suitably punished.

I'm surprised by the complete lack of sympathy... I wonder how these people would feel if they impulsively made a sex tape and then it got leaked for the whole world to see.
