I thought the permission needed to be granted at the point of filming not at the point of distribution. If Sheen agreed to be filmed then no crime has been committed.

The video was clearly supposed to have been kept private, hence the bribes to do so, and a law has clearly been broken here. If they agreed to film themselves having sex but keep it only for the two of them, then that's what they stick to. Simple as that.

No, you need permission from both parties in order to post stuff like that online, otherwise it's a crime, it's called revenge porn.

This was not filmed by someone that Sheen had known for years so due to the fact that he agree to be filmed by somone he hardly knows doenst that negate his right to privacy.?
