I think it wise to let the full facts emerge before throwing out accusations such as 'Racist' and 'Discrimination' in outraged knee-jerk reaction.
I am not saying that this unfortunate family have done anything wrong, or that a system which allows them to get as far as they did, then stops them is not a faulty one, but only that it is folly to rant and level accusations of 'Racism' at members until the full picture emerges. To me - and my faulty old logical mind - it is the very fact that this family in particular have been stopped out of - - presumably -- hundreds of other USA bound Muslims which suggests that maybe, just maybe, the multi-billion dollar American Security Services, and perhaps, their British counterpart, might just have some very valid reasons for this seemingly outrageous action. Further - and I am NOT saying this is the case here - if me and my mate were about to travel from the UK to the USA to link up with US domiciled covert Jihadists to bring Christmas misery and tragedy to unsuspecting innocent civilians -- taking our children as cover is EXACTLY what I would do. Closer to home, wily shoplifters use their little tots as cover to shoplift. I just think - as in the 'so-called' case of the snotty city type in the CK suit ordering a dust covered builder in his work clothes to let him have his seat on the tube, some of these news items are not what they first appear.
