Not at all...they get paid to go in and the winner is the last to leave. The 'WINNER' is the one with the most popularity. What's the point of the game if you don't have a winner?...are they all winners then? NO. The losers leave...the losers get voted out. The Winner is the last to leave....and hopefully it won't be John.

The winner gets no more than any of the others,it's just a title,John wants the money for his mothers care,so job done he's won whether he gets licked out next Tuesday or not,I doubt very much he will be pissed off he doesn't get the 'title' as long as he gets his fee.

I still see it as a 'cop out'.....from someone who so wants to walk out of the house last...and knows he probably won't...it's a great comfort to him to make that statement.
It's just like how some or most people say " oh I'm so glad to be going" when they so obviously are not...

if john went in to raise money or awareness of his mothers needs which he has done - whethere he wins or was booted out first he has done what he went in for which in summing up means he is a WINNER.
