Well in both situations they were in the bathroom and privacy was invaded. Idk, does a bit of a snog in truth or dare send a neon invite to open the shower and touch someone's doo dah?

1 person helping another person who is being sick. That person is then made completely uncomfortable when the person she is helping moves her robe to reveal her boob.

I'm sorry but kissing and 'acting up' isn't an open invitation to open a shower later and touch your sexual organs.

The only real difference is Scotty didn't say no.

I'm not convinced had he said no any eyelids would have batted so no, I still believe a lot of people have double standards. I can almost hear people saying, had he said no or stop 'but he has sex a lot on his TV show.'
