She is a thief, her cheating since day one has robbed the viewers who have spent their money and who are told it's a fair game....it is fraud

BB cheat people all the time into making people believe what they want them to believe. The majority of viewers just watch the highlight show and not the live feed, so they can leave out certain things to make a conversation or scene seem completely different to how it actually is.
For example, they showed Gemma pushing past Steph in the garden, yet they didn't show the HM's remarking about how Steph had been sniping at Gemma for two days before that. Even Jeremy told her to 'cut it out' under the covers but none of that was in the highlights as far as I seen.
When Tiff was asking John about knickergate on the live feed, he said 'I would never humiliate a young girl like that' - a blatant lie because he was the main instigator as we all seen. Yet that was never shown in the H/Ls.
It is all done to suit their agenda.
So you are spending your money and your time anyway on a contrived version and what they want you to see.

I don't think Gemma is in control of BB - they would never let that happen. I think it is simply that they see her as good for their show. She is providing entertainment, talking points, action, a lot of interest in her shenanigans. I'd say they are loving her refusal of tasks, etc, for lets face it, there isn't really any big storylines in there apart from the cheating Steph and the fawning Jeremy, which is a total snoozefest.
They aren't letting her control them, they are using her and her actions for viewing figures, it's what it's all about. Of course they aren't going to punish her and tell her she'll be removed if she does it again....Gemma IS the show so far.
Maybe now that the lovely Tiff is stepping it up...
