Her birthday was on LAUNCH night. By the time all the HM's were in the house and settled, it wasn't her birthday any more.
Besides, it is far too busy a night for the show to think about a party for HM none of the other HM's even knew yet.

Really? I thought it was the day after launch, it says Jan 6th on her wiki too.

It's still close to launch I guess though

Didn't she say when she went in that it was her birthday that day? I could be wrong though.

Tiffany's birthday was the day AFTER the launch hence why on launch night live feed (after midnight) they all sang happy birthday to Tiff and "Jenna" gave her the shoes... but they probably didn't have time to celebrate it properly due to 3 of the HMs being in the box and the housemates trying to get them out/pointless killer noms
