Update from the mirror - looks like they may be talking things through - I bet steph is a diva though you know - Jez most prob wants a bit of space. Rem he said that they need a break when they gt out and steph insisted on going to his PA's with him and not doing her work for a week. She said this in the OK interview.

They may have only known each other a matter of months but Jeremy McConnell and Stephanie Davis ' relationship has been difficult to keep up with.

After talking about moving in together and even plans to get MARRIED, they appeared to suddenly split this weekend and unfollowed each other on Twitter, leaving fans asking: "What on Earth happened?"

A source close to Steph has now told Mirror Celebs the actress she is devastated about the break-up, and has barely spoken to Jez after he 'went AWOL for a day.'

They told us: "She couldn't get hold of him for 24 hours and was really worried, especially with the recent rumours he cheated on her after a night out.

"He was at a personal appearance in Fife at Kitty's nightclub and she panicked when she couldn't reach him."

It seems there was then a fallout and he later tweeted about being a 'mug', writing on the social media site: "I have been the biggest mug . I'm sorry for the people who tried to warn me. But you live and learn . Onwards and upwards. (sic)"

He later deleted the post and the pair are said to be talking things through, despite hastily removing each other from Twitter.

How embarrassing. I don't know why they are even bringing public into this (by making awkward posts and deleting follows). It all sounds too dysfunctional. I like Stephanie, but she needs therapy and to turn her life around, not another relationship.

Sam is not winning anyone over either by running around taking selfies of him with other chicks. A lot of spite there and clearly Stephanie has trust/self-esteem issues. She needs to step away from the keyboard/cell phone and catch up on some growing up.

I found them both so interesting because they mimic so many young adults trying to be something they're not. The M word needs to be erased from their vocabulary until both figure out what they want. They are certainly in a relationship, how real it is who knows, but it is a very dysfunctional and overly dramatic one.
