...just off topic a bit but sort of connecting, I went to see Ladysmith Black Mambazo one time..obviously they have great music, which is a huge part of why people go to see them/to listen to them perform their music and it was all lovely and didn't disappoint in any way at all, like other artists I've seen live...but the thing for me that made their performance so much more than just a performance, the thing that made their lyrics and sound so much more than lyrics and sound was that they talked so much about their lives/their young lives in South Africa/apartheid...their struggles/their pains/their sadnesses and losses..the evening was probably 50/50 their story and the music...music has meaning and it's the meaning that makes the music for me...

That I start tearing up every time Dirty Dancing starts playing Hungry eyes. Without fail on the every 2 weeks they play on tv. Then I start to really get emotional at poor Patrick gone so soon. Everytime, every 2 weeks when they play it.

Oh god Pierce and Susana the gruesome twosome are back. Can't bear them. Pierce talking over everyone thinking he knows it all, his need to be controversial, Susana stroking his ego, no other comeback than teasing him and acting like she can't stand him (she probably can't to be fair) ugh guests can't get a word in edge ways you even wonder why they were invited. It was a more peaceful week without them last week.

...awww, same..it doesn't matter how many times that I watch it, I still enjoy it as much each time..Jennifer and Patrick....maybe the all time most beautiful movie screen couple..the ending, when he lifts her..well right from the 'Nobody puts baby in a corner'/moment...just gets that lump in my throat...
