My vote was withheld last year. I'd chased them up, even be to my local council and they assured me that I just needed to turn up at my polling station on the day and my name would be on the list. It wasn't.

This year I've kicked up a fuss early but again I haven't yet received my polling card and so I'm starting to worry.

Polling card for what, it's a bit early for the referendum polling cards isn't it?

Its the local elections in May so not far away.
