I don't think he was but he was that era alright

I never watched Footloose first time round even

I remember thinking Weekend At Bernie's was one of the funniest things I'd ever seen, I'm afraid to rewatch that now though

..I think that I probably watched Footloose for the first time quite a while after it was released, Dirty Dancing as well...but still a long time ago..Dirty Dancing I've probably watched several times a year since the first watch so I don't know if that's why I love it so much but with Footloose, I've only seen it that one time and even the music didn't feel so great...yeah the Cocktail flinging was so cool but Bryan Brown was quite cool as well.....

Clara's heart. Whoopie Goldberg. I always switched the channel because hearing Neil Patrick Harris put a Jamaican accent on was too much for me to bear. I thought what nonsense is this I just can't, but actually watched it today and it's a good movie. 7.5/10.

Amy - 9/10

I was contemplating buying the film, and after it won an Oscar I thought "**** it".. I've always been a fan of Amy and although I assumed it'd show her highs as well as her lows, I never thought a documentary about her could be this devastating. I feel like I know about her so much more, understanding songs in a different light and some of it was very sad to watch indeed (re-seeing her first "bad" performance in particular was hard to watch), but I honestly couldn't recommend it more.

....awww, I love that movie.....there are some great movies on TV atm and quite a few Whoopi ones...Girl Interrupted..8/10....

Just watched Antman on Netflix.... surprised it was on there...and pleasantly surprised in it as a movie.
Was expecting a 4 movie but got a 7/10... and I kinda felt it was better then most Marvel movies coming out these days... way better then the Captain American franchise.
Happy they did several hints of a sequel at the end

..Suffragette...really levelling to be reminded what a short time ago it was that some women felt they had to even die, to have their voices heard and to have any value at all, let alone have a vote...another movie that's hard to rate but extremely powerful and well done, with a tremendous cast...
