Your excellent suggestions should be mandatory for ANYONE who abuses or murders innocent children Smudgie - they should be forcibly prevented from ever having babies again.

Reading more about this, how is it any different from baby P? it seems like a worse case of mishandling to me. Shame things like this get forgotten about, another child failed.
