If you were in one of those "stranded group turns to cannibalism" situations I don't think you'd care if you didn't like the taste you'd be so hungry.
If you're so hungry you're ripping apart a human to feed on then I don't think you care about flavourings. I hate baked beans, but I'm sure they'd go down easily if I was hungry enough.
