I was rooting for Denise, I was devastated when she got shot.

Although to be honest, I was kinda annoyed that there was no action really in this up until she got shot

I think killing off the only remaining Alexandrian who's had character development was a mistake, it's making them all seem so irrelevant. I will say it shocked me when I first saw it and I think Merritt Wever sold that death really well.

I liked Denise's death in the comics more too, where she gets bit on the arm and could be potentially saved by chopping it off but she refuses to save another injured party </3

I just hope that (comic spoilers ahead)

since they gave Abraham's comic death to Denise, they're not saving Abraham to be killed by Negan. I think, for maximum impact, it has to be one of the longer standing characters who gets it (I mean, I'd miss any of them more than Abraham but that's sort of the point).


Can't believe there's only two episodes left already, this second half of Season 6 has flown by.

I haven't read them yet but I've read a lot about what happens online, I'm hoping to get the first compendium sometime this year, I'll probably get it from Amazon.

I just read that the flu from Season 4 was based on the 1918-1920 flu pandemic (which makes sense considering how deadly it was), that's interesting!

Well, probably not that interesting to people who aren't history geeks but to me it is.

Finally up to date so it's nice to be able to look in here now! Started watching them on mothers day and only just finished them yesterday... I'm excited for the season finale but i'm scared about who they are gonna kill off
