Surely if she was mentally ill she'd have her kid taken away/be getting help/in a mental hospital etc or something??? Personally I think she's doing it all for the attention because she knows people will talk about it and it's how she makes her money (and clearly it's working because we are). She's a disgusting person, but that's the reaction she wants and she's probably laughing at all of us all the way to the bank.
