The point is that a bedroom and a kitchen are
inside a house, an overhead shot of the compound where you can see a bit of the garden is not

Yeah, the operative phrase there being '
with house pictures'. They aren't even proper shots of the garden either so it's a moot point, they are drone pictures of the overall compound. They aren't house pictures
