Cause he's a hilarious toooool, bro
 These characters should be learned to be appreciated (maybe not Rocky specifically but meh I liked him ).His blunt attitude and passion was great to watch even if some of the stuff that comes out of his mouth is messed up. He's pretty harmless, just a fiery personality/temper (which made him entertaining).
