But, yeah, they don't think to give them all of the information/read everything out BEFORE then giving them the instruction of what to do next.

If you mention them going to the garden, they're going to start moving immediately.

They're too busy thinking up more bullish*t ways of explaining simple things "Big Brother is detonating A TIMEBOMB! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!"
