So what if he's married, engaged or has a girlfriend

he can be friends with the girls and treat them they way he treats the guys. "Attractive" folks can have opposite gender platonic friendships, can't they?
Is Marco some love machine who inevitably makes every woman within a 4 mile radius drop he knickers? MAYBE NONE of the girls fancy him.
this is not Love Island - the whole premise of the show isn't tedious showmance or sex
