I honestly doubt Helen's warnings were for bigoted remarks though because I really think they would've shown them given how badly she came across anyway. I have no doubts her unaired warnings were just her being reprimanded for the same thing she was in her aired warnings (bullying and name-calling)
And why should he? Emily was removed for using a racially offensive term in a non-malicious way and there was no outside evidence to show that she was a racist person whereas there is with him.
