Literally everyone killed Lucy and I'm annoyed they didn't explore it more

She banged her head like four times. In the car lot, when Jake punched her, when she was fighting with Denise and then with Bobby. But they barely mentioned the others.

I always hoped Denise felt guilty about it which was why she was driven to the drink and then after Bobby's confession she realises she has nothing to worry about. But they totally dropped that. Why did Denise even fight Lucy?

Lucy overheard Denise talking on the phone to Libby about leaving Ian and she had a bitchy strop about it.

Then Lucy went and died and ruined Denise's escape plan.
