He hasn't said it (I never said he did) but Jason and Jayne had more problems with each other from watching the show. I got the impression Jason disliked Jayne and he was pathetic towards her just before they voted because Jayne was happy and Jason got annoyed.
He didn't even evict Lateysha because he dislisked her, he did it because he knew she was popular because he is desperate for that win.
