It is illogical....It's intolerance but it comes from somewhere, it's not just mindless prejudice like racism....I think his views are formed because of a few reasons, none of which really exist today, which is why I think it's an age thing....I know when I was young bisexual was often thought of as another word for greedy

it wasn't really taken serously like it is today and it wasn't part of everyday life. But mostly bisexuals High tailed it back into the closet when the AIDS epidemic came along and that's where a lot of stigma towards them comes from in the older gay community. They were bisexual when it suited them to be but not when the gay community needed them the most. Even today loads of guys call themselves straight but have sex with gay guys and that annoys people.
