He's wrong there. And why he would know the rules when he's just some guy with a website is beyond me. Ofcom decide if they are in breach, not the owner of a fan site or the Channel.
It is perfectly clear that voters were not informed that the vote they were involved in would result in only the top 2 being saved rather than the top 3 as it would usually be, until 5 pm this afternoon. There is no possible way the voters were not misled unless they specifically stated this before lines opened, they did not. Voters were clearly under the assumption that the person with the fewest votes would leave up until then and Channel 5 did nothing to make them think otherwise until hours after the vote began.
