Bears behaviour is an honest direct " Up Yours" to the rest of the house who gave him eternal noms and evicted his girl friend....that is why I find it funny and that is how his actions differ to some others who are not being honest.....I find them being passive more irritating than Bear being reactive. Bears been doing it from day 1....it's really getting boring now. He is just a total moron.
I would just clean it up using some of his clothes...put it in his beer and tread his cigarettes in it....
