It was when BB said she had a cheeky sharpie in her bag. As she walked to the hatch with it she said that she's had it since day 1. So she packed it in her case presuming that she'd constantly be asked for autographs.

She probably keeps the pen in her make up bag because celebs pretty much have to look semi decent all the time so she's always got the bag in her handbag and she simply forgot to take it out.

I mean if she wasn't asked for autographs she wouldn't carry the pen around would she? She's hardly going to put the pen in her bag so she can tell people she carries it with her to sign autographs when she doesn't.
