Default My 3AM Nightmare
I woke up at 3AM and felt very sick, I rushed to the bathroom and was sick.

It continued to be sick around 5AM when I went back to the sleep.

It was a very scary and uncomfortable experience. I had breathing difficulties, probably from panicking.

I was very close to passing out.

I couldn't even keep water down, I was sick twice due to drinking water.

Currently in bed now, I've had some water.

..there is a bug/virus going around, Will...well there is here anyway, I know lots who have had it so maybe the same with you...but yeah, sleep today and water to flush it through is the order of the day I think ..so you're doing just the right thing.../be well soon......

get lots of rest for today, and drink mostly water i guess

Thank you Ammi, yeah everyone in my family has it. I'll make sure I'll drink lots of water, it seems to be keeping down today.

Sorry to hear that Will. Get well soon!

I remember having something like this a year ago after buying a fruit shake. I was sick 5 times that night, and by the third time there wasn't even anything more to throw up (sorry for the graphic description&#128517. It was really horrible and the feeling is kinda hopeless at the time, but it gets better eventually!

Oh that sounds horrible. I have emetophobia so I always get a feeling of anxiety if I start to feel nauseous. I haven't actually been sick in a few years thankfully but I've had a few nights this year where I felt close, I hate it.

Oh that sounds really bad, I worry sbout vomiting all the time, especially when I'm nervous in class or something.
