Sorry i think they are entierly different

you may as well say they are the same as they involve the police, both are men and its in the USA

Your point in the other thread was that we should respect that the Police themselves can deal with Police Officers who they deem to have acted badly in their position....and in both cases the Police Chief did condemn the officers in questions actions, they were both suspended and they did both resign............
