Farage came along at a time when this country NEEDED someone just like him.
He is a great orator. He crystalised the confused thoughts of a nation bewildered by all the adverse and negative things which - for decades - they witnessed happening to their country and they did not know why it was being allowed to happen. He articulated the concerns of that confused nation. He went against the P.C. grain in British Politics, and actually had the courage to identify all the contributory factors which had led to the status quo which was so concerning the GBP. He addressed the real issues. He advanced a strategy of what was needed to be done to halt this downward spiral of damaging policies, and what was needed to be done to repair the long-term and future injury to this country's wealth, health, and happiness. The Nation listened. The Nation recognised that Farage was saying what they had thought for decades but could not, or would not DARE say themselves. Then there were those, who HAD been saying it, but with no one to listen to them. Farage is one of the most honest, erudite, and able political figures of the past century, as History will show. As L.T. so rightly says; if you haters and mockers and jeerers, can show GOOD and VALID reasons for your hatred of Farage, then come forth. (don't come fifth, because there are only medals for the first four places. )
