Michelle was annoying as hell and literally just pinned the blame onto anyone who argued with her (firstly Alana, then Rebecca in the boardroom when she stood up against her).

Girls team was abysmal in the task and deserved to lose. The Boys team beat them with a very convincing fashion. And Michelle was the right one to be fired.
