That's a bit of a strange part for that woman off The Bill. She's got to play a role in stuff.

I think I'm going to like Michelle if they give her a great story.
That scene in the cafe. She actually made me interested in dull Max for 2 minutes.

"Man up" to a depressed person.

Really, kids eating too much chocolate AT CHRISTMAS and being sick is really the best thing they could come up with to paint Roxy as a bad mum?
I just don't buy it. There's no serious reasons for Jack to treat her so badly.

Lee arrived in April so I imagine he'll leave in April
Contracts are normally 6 or 12 months for regulars (and then extended for the same period) |

I did like the Penny and Selina mention earlier though. It's nice that Jack remembered he has another daughter.

Yeah I don't think he was axed, his contract just wasn't renewed so we'll probably have his recovery then he'll leave in April.
The only thing I dislike about this story is Whitney's complete ignorance to Lee's condition when she was the first to know that he was suffering from depression before... but I suppose they had to do this so they could build into the "you're not a man; Whitney's going to leave you" routine. ![]() Wow, even at this late stage Lee's exit storyline is showing up the piss poor job the Mitchell sisters are getting.

I don't think she understands that the depression is at fault. She probably thinks whatever tablets he's taking have cured him. |

Is Whitney faking being pregnant? (Or perhaps a phantom pregnancy storyline?)

I didn't realise his commute was that bad. a tube ride and then hiring a car?
**** that I'd work in the family pub until I got a better job. I wouldn't travel that far for a bloody call centre job. |

Something's off with it because, from a writing perspective, what's the point in her miscarrying, to then get pregnant again within a short space of time when Lee's leaving either way.

Whitney's so scared she's losing Lee that she's convinced herself she's pregnant in the hope he stays Which in itself makes things worse because he doesn't think he can look after a baby She's definitely not going to give birth. I would've assumed she was faking but then she was secretly looking at carry-chairs. |

It's his own car which he has to take instead because of the issues with the Tube (which was why he ran through the market)

Do we know if there was a direct cause for Lee's depression the first time around? Quote:

I think he just got himself in too deep; he thought he was pleasing Whitney with his "job in the city" but as tonight's episode confirmed she doesn't seem to care that much. |
