This isn’t about making peace with Russia. Russia have been persistently testing the weak Obama administration for one reason only…. Russia is not Americas friend and never will be.

The only reason Putin didn’t retaliate is because America has direct evidence that Russian hackers effected the election in Trumps favour! Putin hasn’t even denied Russia committed espionage because he knows he can be proven guilty... nothing goes on in Russia without it being run past Putin.
