I have tried everything though. This is the last shot, and as it does work for the pain I don't want to give it back :S

They are going to do anaesthetic injections into my ribs and stomach though so hopefully once they start them I won't need other painkillers

Current cocktail is pregabalin, oxycodone and oramorph, with IV morphine when required
