Betting odds for who gets the least votes to save is different than betting on most votes to evict to be fair. Eviction odds on say, the civillian series are much more accurate because you're voting to evict and there's people betting on those out. CBB is vote to save so you're not betting who you think will have the most votes evicted, more who gets the least votes to save which is too subjective

Because shes up against people who have pre-existing fans and will receive votes regardless. It absolutely matters (it shouldnt though, you're right). Some people chose their favourite when they heard the rumour list and wont change from that all season, its just the way it works.
