She's implying that the way Nicola behaves is not the way a mum should behave, which could be construed as calling someone a bad mother. Nicola has already said she would never allow her children to watch Big Brother so I don't see the issue in her swearing on it. Adults swear regardless of if they have children or not. My mum has always sworn in front of me and she shouldn't have to not swear when she's away from home just because she has children at home.
