Exactly....the lights were still on in the bedroom and no one was actually asleep so I'm guessing it wasn't ridiculously late anyway.

I think the fact that Nicola and Bianca were having a laugh with them was also a sore point. Jamie tells him Nicola told him Callum was not being real. That wouldn't be forgotten. He knows Bianca may still be unimpressed with the video shown of him slating the romance...and Jamie is likely to be discussing that also when interviewed. But all flak hurled at Jedward. He's got some worries there which might dismantle the good guy image. But Jedward have already called him on it.
