I fear that this probably still isn't simple enough though. It's called an allegory, and I am not suggesting that this hungarian village is populated by cats. Just to be clear. I know it gets confusing.

I took a different angle, the point I took from it is that they do it, but nobody EVER says anything about it, its not that we want to do the same or be the same because we don't, it's just ignored and accepted because that is "what they do", the attitude is "it's their culture innit" or GB caused it
