Improved and rigorous vetting and monitoring - certainly more than they do currently as clearly not working.

Point being that some are getting their knickers all in a twist vilifying Trump and making him out to be the anti-Christ or something when other presidents were pretty much doing the same thing.

You may even say that perhaps Trump is being more honest about it.
