I honestly made the poll because I assumed nearly everybody would select one of the middle three options. I didnt see these results coming either.

Whats most confusing me is why there is so little support for right wing? Why have all but three ignored the poll? Or are the tibb members we believe to be right wing actually more in the centre?

There was one person in the thread who I would have thought would select one of the top two options, but they believe themself to be in the centre.. i guess this could apply to the others we assumed were on the right?

I made the poll anonymous to encourage truthful answers, maybe a public poll would have been different?

TiBB does have a younger demographic, and a lot of college and University graduates, so it doesnt surprise me that the poll leans left.. im so confused about the so few support of the right though. Trump and Farage are regularly praised, maybe people see them as centre though? I dont know! Weird for sure..

I see no reason for people to lie given it is anonymous

No, me either really. But as of now, zero people identify as right wing.. that seems a bit off, i wasjust throwing out theories as to why this might be.

That doesn't really surprise me as I think people get wrongly labelled by people who don't like even the mere suggestion of any opposition to immigration. That of course does not make them right in their assumptions.

It's not just that though, there are several people on here who have expressed unambiguously right wing views in all sorts of domestic political / economic areas that have nothing at all to do with immigration. I can only assume that there are people self identifying as centrist when what they actually are expressing are definite right wing views?

Why does it not surprise you? Zero of any 33 people identifying as right wing is completely bizarre!

The right wing doesn't actually exist, it's fake news.
