I sort of agree but then, on the other hand, this was Camerosborne's exact thinking with the Brexit referendum

. That's why there was no plan for it and its all such a colossal mess. They were absolutely positive that it wouldn't be "leave" so they called it to get it out of the way and move on... Wups. We know how that turned out.
