Replaced with an overground or something I don't quite get it.

But they're building the set the opposite way around, so "Walford Towers", which is visible behind the car lot won't be visible there anymore so they're going to say it's being closed down ready for demolition . I think they say the new old couple are rehoused from those flats to the Slater house flat.

But because of the new layout of the set, there's no more space for George Street so it's gone.
