Just finished it, I started when it first came out but took a long time to get though it.

It was very good and thought provoking... only criticism is I found some of the episodes too long, it dragged it places.

Parts of the last episode was very difficult to watch, I was close to not being able to switching off/skipping that particular part because it seemed so real.

I skipped ahead on that bit. I'm not squeamish at all really but I can't watch people cut their wrists. I literally feel a bit faint whenever the vampires in Vampire Diaries bite their own wrists.
