From what I observe, rarely anyone gets checked before getting into nightclubs.

If this issue starts to arise, as some people have already stated it has, I think we should go down the American route and have people be scanned before entry. Honestly. This is way too scary.

Honestly that is scary, especially in these times, anyone could walk into a club with a gun, a knife or worse I'm really surprised that they are so lax

I know, it's awful. I don't go out that often, ever since I stopped drinking alcohol, but to think that my friends and relatives could be subject to this kind of harm is genuinely terrifying.

Yeah some clubs i used to go in you'd get your pockets checked and your bollocks felt on the way in after a few incidents with weapons.
They didn't mind drugs though aslong as you weren't selling them and undercutting their dealers.
You'd think there'd be more searches nowadays not less?
