currently approx 7ib heavier than what i was 40 years ago at 17

in that time weight has varied through 14lbs from lightest to heaviest
..........currently bang in the middle of that range

Me. My dad was quite skinny just like me when he was my age but now he's fat I'm scared that's going to happen to me!
