You're saying because the scarecrow is black it is a gollywog which are racially derogatory dolls, that is because they do not represent how a black person really looks and the image mocks black features. But when creating a white scarecrow it doesn't have to fully represent white people's features and is therefore not a racially derogatory image. Yes but the only reason he has been sacked and that this has been perceived as racist is because he has made racist comments in addition to this, but I do not believe that this alone is racist. He is racist I have not denied that what I have been talking about is the scarecrow.
