Would a taser not temporarily disable a guy with a gun? Like entirely? I'm not saying American cops should never use guns, its America, everyone and their dog has a spare rifle. Black people are 12% of the USA
2:1 white to black deaths is a horrifyingly startling ratio.

I'm not sure if tasers would be a good idea against a guy with a gun.Can't they cause involuntary muscle spasms etc?I'm not sure.

Another startling ratio is more than 38% of murders committed by that 12%.Up until 2008 it was 52%!
No wonder that 12% is getting into alot of violent confrontations with police.
