Yes but you're saying "if they are guilty of" I'm saying if you have no proof of them being guilty of something. Like a guy could be known to the Police because he's friends with a guy who's guilty of incitement, you can't lock someone up or deport them for that

**Clearly that doesn't apply in this case but I'm just saying people could be known to the Police and be innocent of anything too, you can't just lock everyone up

Its lock up everyone suspected of being involved in anything as simple as radicalisation or hate speech. Lock them up in a secure unit and do a proper investigation while they are locked up..all locked up. Get the jungle drums beating, mobiles ringing. We have the intelligence.

No need for deportation so stop saying that. Just build a new prison and stick any guilty parties in isolation for the rest of their pathetic lives..black,white muslim, catholic..whatever.

Having a right to lock anyone up for any reason like that would be really opened to be abused though.

Speaking of Catholics though since you brought it up, look what happened with the Guilford 4 and Birmingham 6, the Police were so anxious to sate the publics demand for justice they ended up locking up a large group of people for over 20 years just because they were Northern irish and happened to be in those areas at the time

I just can't believe how awful it is that they specifically targeted young children. It seems to have caused a real moral panic, my town is very much not a place where terrorists would think to attack as its not that large, but there's been armed gun men and riot vans all over the town centre today.
