Something must have happened to make them say that

Then again Imran and Sukhvinder spend a lot of time bitching about the other HMs and looking down on them, so they probably aren't as nice as they want to everyone to think they are

It's not hard to figure it out though.

Kayleigh and Rebecca are probably the two most self-involved, appearance-obseesed, super-shallow vindictive people in there.

They fear Imran because a lot of people in there see him as a calm voice of reason and that he isn't swayed by looks or cliques and that they haven't got much surface to scratch through before their rotten cores are exposed for all to see.
